Budget Management
We keep your budget on track by establishing a realistic allocation of event funds. Includes payment reminders, due dates, maintaining records, and more. Or choose to write one check and we will take care of distributing funds. Ask your planner for full details.
Guest Management
Can include service from managing RSVP's, including special details like menu selections, meal preferences/food allergies and VIPs, to automating the check-in process.

Basic On-Site Management
A coordinator is on-site for the duration of the event and serves as the primary point of contact. We will oversee event from set-up through tear-down and ensure the event stays on schedule and runs smoothly.
Includes one meeting with coordinator to develop and confirm expectations, define dates and times, review timelines, staff needs, contact lists, etc. Additional services may be added to the package.

Blending every element from decor and apparel to transportation and venue, to create a cohesive look to match your vision.
Complete Design Service
Create a custom look for your event. Can include styling, decorating, lights floral, favors, centerpieces, welcome gifts, all printed materials such as flyers, banners, invitations including graphic design of event logo design options, for an overall cohesive look. Service includes Decorating Service Crew.

Basic Decorating includes set-up and pack-up of personal event decor items. For example, pre-assembled centerpieces, guestbook/reception table, escort cards, directional signage, etc.
Full Service Decorating Includes styling, use of most items in our Something Borrowed Collection, rental coordination, pre-event set-up and pack-up, sourcing the best value for decorations and supplies, and personal shopping service for event items. May include favors and hospitality items.
